Since 1939 when the Back to God Hour first began with a single 30-minute English radio broadcast, it continues to blanket the world with its ever-growing electronic media ministry. Today the Internet is an increasingly important strategy to broadcast the gospel around the world. The Internet connects and communicates with people- at any time wherever they may be – building and strengthening Christ’s community.

This is the goal of the Back to God Hour – to nurture and grow faith communities – at home and around the world. What better way to do this than to use the Internet to expand and enrich your Church’s ministry? Identifying this as an opportunity, the Back to God Hour sponsored the development of ourchurchsite.org, an exciting new web-based software. In order to carry this out, they asked RACOM Associates, Inc. to develop and market the tool for the local congregations. This is a site developed by the Church, for the Church.
